Cancellation Policy
Deposit Required: A NON -REFUNDABLE deposit of $25 is required to reserve your appointment. ***This deposit DOES apply to your service HOWEVER the deposit only allows for (1) rescheduling within the same month. Scheduling: Any lace most be dropped off within (48 hrs) label your lace with your first & last name. Reused hair must be properly washed and in good condition. Prepare them in order longest to short. * Please arrive properly washed (free of products). * Book accurately for ANY special events, I do not rush on any services please be patient as some styles take more time. * Unfortunately, due to timing, no changes will be able to be made or added to service. *All Sunday appointments will be charged an additional $25.00 Location * 24hrs before you will receive a reminder email/text, please confirm. Exact location will be sent out the day before, (if your dropping off lace please use our contact info within 48hrs). Late Policy * 15 minute grace period * 10 minutes late = $10 late fee * After 15 minutes your reservation will be cancelled Additional People * The scheduled reservation is held for (1) individual. * No extra guests/children allowed to accompany you.
